Welcome to Dinobabys.co.uk & Dinobabys.com's Customer Services page, if you have any questions about a missing item, please allow up to 15 days before emailing us, all our items are sent first class and sent with recorded delivery, the items are sent out the same day if purchase is made before 4pm any time after that and your item will be posted the next morning. Most of our items arrive within 2-3 working days of placing the order, sometimes the next day, international within a week or two. If your item has not arrived we are sorry for any inconvenience, and hope you contact us as soon as you can so we can sort the problem out. please use the email address above to contact us with any other queries; our customer services staff will get back to you within the hour, please leave up to 24 hours before contacting us again.

Before you contact us asking about your delivery of any item, please allow up to the 15 days we have recommended above, we keep all records of items sent out, and online records from Royal Mail. PayPal will email you immediately when your item has been processed at the sorting office. if you do not receive an email from PayPal within 48 hours, please contact us.

If your item has still not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible, we will contact the local sorting office and try sort the problem out as soon as possible, please use the template form below when sending us an email.

Stock is constantly being printed, then selling out straight away, so if we do not have your item in straight away, it might be delayed for a day whilst we get an extra t-shirt printed for you; you will be informed by management if this happens.

If you have received an item that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible, mistakes can sometimes happen and we will try our best at head office to make sure they don't.

If you would like to return any items, due to any mistake Dinobabys or yourself may of made such as; wrong size, soiled & damaged, stains, or printing errors, please email us at CustomerServices@dinobabys.com with the subject either “ exchange” or “refund”; we will look into your case and if we do accept your case, we will issue you with the correct details to send your items back for either a full money refund or an exchange with no extra cost’s.

If you would like to complain either about the website or staff; you can email a draft of your letter to us at CustomerServices@dinobabys.com with the subject “Complaint”. Our customer services at head office will look over your email and if we feel we need a hard copy of your letter with your signature we will email you back our head office address which you can send your letter of complaint to.
